Each classmate attending will receive a reunion book. If you are unable to attend but would like a copy of the Reunion Book, Please return ( the questionnaire ) with a check for $10.00 made payable to "CV CLASS OF 74" to Cindy Capozzoli, 24 Vesper St, Bridgeville, PA 15017 or log on to www.CVReunion.com to pay by credit card. All checks must be received before September 15, 2004. Books will be mailed on or about the date of the reunion. Thank you.
